Step by Step:

01. Listening & Discussing


First, we listen to our customers about their ideas and concepts of the toys, and we discuss all possible ways of manufacturing the toys, elements like material, structure, safety and preliminary package options will all be considered.

02. Engineering Decisions & Final Design


Based on our discussion with our customers, we will decide the best way to produce the toy and finalize the design. The engineering decisions and final design files will be sent to our customers for approval.

03. Prototyping


We then start to make the prototypes. After the prototypes are finished, we’ll send them to our customers for comments and approval. When customers decide to make modifications, we’ll start the next round of prototyping.

04. Manufacturing


Once the prototypes are approved, we’ll start manufacturing the toys. We’ll keep our customers updated about the production process. To see a detailed step-by-step production process, click here.

05. Quality Control


Good quality is what keeps us alive in the industry. We’ll perform multiple internal quality inspections during each stage of the production process and an internal safety test. Customers can also hire 3rd party inspectors or 3rd party labs to do extra inspections or tests. Learn more about our quality.

06. Shipping & Delivery


After the toys pass the final quality inspection and are packed in cartons, we’ll deliver them according to our customers’ instructions. We can ship to named seaports, airports, warehouses or right to your door. > Learn More
